THE REQUIREMENTS

There are a few requirements companies must meet to be eligible for our program. You are eligible to participate if you:

  • Have at least 15 full- and/or part-time permanent employees
  • Are a publicly or privately held organization OR a for-profit or not-for-profit organization, institute, or public agency
  • Have been in business for at least one year, at the program registration deadline
  • Provide products and/or services to the life science research, diagnostics, and/or precision medicine market

WAYS TO PARTICIPATE

There are three different ways companies can participate:

Individual Organization: Companies operating under a single employer identification number (such as a FEIN in the U.S. or BN in Canada) may register directly.

Parent or holding company: A parent organization that uses one employer identification number for all subsidiaries must register using that number and include all employees covered under it.

Subsidiary organization: Subsidiaries with their own employer identification number may register separately. If a subsidiary has multiple locations operating under the same number, all locations must be included in the survey.

WHO TO INCLUDE

Include: When you participate, all of your current full- and part-time permanent employees should be included. This means everyone, from the line-level employees all the way up to the executives and from the on-site workers to remote employees.

Exclude: Temporary, seasonal, per diem, 1099 employees, independent contractors, interns, volunteers, consultants and employees sourced by other staffing entities.
